Old Hawaiʻi on Horseback 2019
Itʻs been 11 years since Paniolo Preservation Society last presented its signature event, Old Hawai‘i on Horseback.
An elaborate equestrian display showcasing more than 60 riders in elegant period costumes riding magnificent horses, the pageant recreates a tradition started by Waimea horsewoman and rancher, Anna Lindsey Perry-Fiske in 1964. After her death in 1995, Paniolo Preservation Society continued this extraordinary legacy Anna began more than thirty years before. This will be the 4th re-enactment of this historic tradition.
JOIN US at Waikiʻi Ranch to honor all "Nā Wahine Holo Lio" - the extraordinary horsewomen of Hawai'i who have helped build the state's 170-year ranching industry and unique paniolo heritage.
